Join Network For Progress and several other organizations for our 2nd Annual rooftop summer happy hour to connect with your fellow Progressives, Democrats, Hope Mongers and Change Makers while enjoying the song stylings of Flo Anito Music and appetizers provided courtesy of Runin Out & Cambria Suites Washington DC Convention Center.

Afterward, we welcome all our sado-masochistic friends to join us at the lobby bar downstairs for some hilarious and jaw-dropping rubbernecking at the Trump-ed up GOP train wreck in their 1st Presidential Primary Debate hosted by FOX News and Facebook at 9pm followed by the retirement of their biggest foil with the finale episode of Jon Stewart on The Daily Show at 11pm.

If you want to meet new people but need a nudge we will even have a Networking Potluck bucket so you can find attendees with similar interests.

50% of event proceeds will benefit Sister Cities International, a nonpartisan 501(c)(3) nonprofit which serves as the national membership organization for individual sister cities, counties, and states across the U.S.  Founded by President Eisenhower in 1956, this network unites tens of thousands of citizen diplomats and volunteers in 545 communities with over 2,100 partnerships in 145 countries on six continents.

Contact Jim @network4progress@gmail.com if you would like to join as a Co-Host or Partner Organization as well as questions/comments.

I was chief policy wonk for the first presidential campaign of Dennis Kucinich in 2004 — so I have sat through a few of these!
